The OKC One Day Workshop is an six hour workshop that takes place on one day. It is designed to teach basic kettlebell lifting to people interested in learning the basic kettlebell movements and how to safely integrate them into a fitness program.

The OKC Level 1 workshop is designed to give a person new to Kettlebell training the opportunity to learn a safe and effective way to train. We cover the fundamentals of Kettlebell lifting and coaching. The OKC instructors use all of our experience and the strength of the Kettlebell community to deliver a positive, eclectic, and educational workshop.
The OKC Level 1 workshop is appropriate for personal trainers, athletes, and anyone who is interested in learning a new way to explore the horizon of physical culture.
