Snatch
1) The bell must be snatched on the first attempt. No extra swing is allowed and a warning will be issued.
2) The elbow must be locked before the knee. A dip during the snatch is allowed but in the case of a dip or squat, the movement of the arm must be completed before the knees are locked.
3) The bell must be fixed in the lockout position. The arm must be locked. A momentary pause is required. Any movement will result in a “No-count”
4) The snatch arm must be next to the ear during fixation.
5) You are not allowed to touch your body with the off hand at any time. Touching will result in a warning or a potential disqualification.
6) An extra swing during the set is a violation. After the 3rd warning your set will be stopped and your score disqualified.
7) Dropping the bell into the rack signifies the end of the first arm attempt. A switch must be made. If the bell is dropped into the rack on the second arm the set is over.

9) The lifter can only switch hands one time.
10) The lifter can not rest at the bottom.
Jerk
1) The jerk starts from the rack position. A brief pause is required.
2) There are 2 clear knee bends during the jerk. One in the rack position prior to the launch. The second comes during the catch just before arms are locked and bells fixated. The two knee bends must be clear or there will be a “no-count”.
3) The kettlebells must be fixated (no movement) with arms locked before the lifter straightens their legs.
4) There must be a brief pause in the lockout position.
5) The kettlebells may not rest on the shoulders. Touching the bells to the shoulder will result in a warning or a stoppage of the set.
6) If the lifter is performing Jerk with one kettlebell they are allowed one hand switch.
Long Cycle
1) The jerk segment of the long cycle is the same as the regular jerk.
2) The lifter must perform a clean in between jerks.

5) If performing the Long Cycle with one Kettlebell the lifter is allowed one hand switch.
