Weigh in time: 6-8 PM April 12, at Spring fitness
Late Weigh In: 12pm-1pm April 13, at Crossfit Oahu
Early Registration: (Until March 31st) $50
Late Registration: (April 1st – April 12th) $65

Snatch Only
Jerk Only
5 Minute snatch multiple hand switch (men 24kg/ women 12kg)
4 (2men/2women) person Long Cycle Relay 3min each lifter (men 2x24kg/ women 12kg)
Rankings and Rules will follow the OKC/IKSFA Official International Rules and Ranking Tables.
We will be ranking people as high as rank one (Sporting Perfection).
