The warm up and cool down protocols include stretching, joint mobility, Mobility Clubs, and aerobic practices.
The Major lifts are the Jerk, Snatch, and Long cycle. We will be covering these lifts and we will provide tools to our potential instructors to help them transition themselves and their students into true Kettlebell Sport Athletes.
