We will go over:
- What Kettlebell is
- What makes it unique
- How to pick it up
- How to safely work with momentum
- How to maintain your equilibrium
In addition we will be introducing the following movements:
- The Deadlift
- The 2 hand swing
- The One Hand Swing
- The Clean
- The Press
- The Snatch
We will be covering the concepts of these movements. I will be explaining, demonstrating, and answering questions. Attendees will be practicing the movements and I will be addressing common errors. Perfection will not be attained at this seminar. It is only the beginning of your Kettlebell journey but it is always nice to get started on the right foot.
