Snatch : 5min & 10min
Biathlon : 5min & 10min
LC : 5min & 10min
Triathlon (Jerk, Snatch & LC) : 5min & 10min
Marathon : (Jerk or Snatch or LC ) : 30min only (only 5 spots available for Marathon due to time)
BELL's WEIGHT
Men : 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, 32kg, 40kg
Women : 8kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg
